How it works

The first step is always the hardest.

  1. 1 Free No Sweat Intro

    We sit down and talk through your goals, your history, and any niggles. You leave with a clear picture of where you’d start — no sweat, no sales pitch.

  2. 2 Choose your Foundations

    Your coach sets you up with Foundations — a full month of classes + recovery, plus 1, 2, or 3 one-to-one coaching sessions to learn the lifts and gymnastics properly. Upgrade anytime, no surcharge. Rolls into your membership.

  3. 3 Choose your membership

    Pick the plan that fits your life. A one-month minimum, then month to month — no long contracts.

Recovery

Ice bath and saunas

With an eight-person ice bath and two six-person barrel saunas, we’ve got your recovery sussed. Train hard. Recover properly.

Membership

Straight-forward memberships

One-month minimum. Two week notice period for cancellations or pauses after your first month. There’s no need for lock-in contracts.
