The first-timer questions

I’ve never touched a barbell — is that ok?

Completely. Every workout scales, and your Foundations sessions teach you the lifts properly before you ever load them.

Do I need to be fit to start?

No — you get fit here. A total beginner trains next to a Games athlete: same workout, different scale.

What should I bring?

Just trainers, water, and a willingness to give it a go. We’ve got the rest.
